Good day, I decided to send a brief video update this time around 🙂 I included some personal updates and below share some points to keep in prayer with us.
Thank you always for part you have played in our lives and the ongoing ministry of Hope for the Island!
2 Cor 7-8 Paul speaks of being comforted through the graciously extended comfort of the saints. He was also touched by the ways the Macedonian believers extended themselves freely and willing even while facing afflicting trials and poverty. This gift of grace and the fellowship of the ministry of the saints met tangible needs and caused Paul to rejoice in the Lord. As a father to them it blessed Paul to see saints imitate example set of faith that expresses itself in love. Jenn and I get taste of this through the many ways you have willingly and sacrifically extended yourselves. I am thankful today for the great joy found in the Lord, in His body and in His work!
Prayer points:
-Join us in thanking God for the lives of Siargaonons transformed by the gospel these past 25 yrs!!! God has been so good.
-Pray for our team as we continue to learn and grow in Gods truth. We desire to walk worthy of our calling in Christ and that we will be a faithful witness for Him, walking as He exampled and commands us to in life and ministry.
-Pray God raise up committed monthly supporters for Hope for the Island to help fill in where other commitments have came to an end this year.
-Pray for our health and the health of our team. Pray health be restored for us. We will keep up with advised protocols and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Initial treatments had positive effect with both of us. Davao city is closest place for this. We will likely have to stay a month and trusting the Lord for all that entails.
